ELVEDIN DINO PEHILJ – Composer & Musician

I was born on June 7th 1969 in former Yugoslavia (Bosnia and Herzegovina), and started to play guitar at age of eight. Quite early (as teenager) I performed with different rock bands. I made my first music projects as a composer in the period 1988 -1992.

I came to Denmark in 1993, and from December 1994 to February 1995 I had been connected to one project made by Bosnian refugees, where I made music for one theatre performance (“Krik zaborava” – “The Scream of Oblivion”).
In 1999 I started as a student at The Danish Royal Music Academy (classic guitar), and graduated in 2005.

In the meantime I have been working as a studio musician, playing in rock and gipsy bands, performing as a classic solo guitar player, as well as I have cooperated with some Danish musicians.
I completed my own demo CD with twelve songs on January 2008. I have written some lyrics, composed and arranged all music, sang and played all instruments. (www.myspace.com/origcopy) Besides I have composed several classical music pieces for guitar and piano.
